How may I change the credit card information?

Can I use a new credit card for a new order without contacting ExtraMileToner.com?
You will need to create a new account. But in this case you will not receive any credit for previous purchases that may impact your National Account status.
Is it possible to change a confirmed order?
Please Contact Us highlighting "I want to add or delete products from my last order" in the pull down menu. We will make all needed changes in you order. But if the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes. You may return the items that have been ordered in error or order additional items in a new order.
What should I do if I do not receive everything I ordered?
If you did not receive all the items you ordered please Contact Us and highlight "I did not receive my entire order" in the pull down menu. We will investigate the problem with the shipping company and inform you. If the items were lost, we will issue you a full refund. You may reorder the products at your earliest convenience.
